our philosophy is simple: create quality products using quality ingredients. we use this approach not only in our cakes and pastries but in our cafe aspect as well. for our cakes, desserts, cookies, breads and other baked goods, we strive to use the best ingredients without cutting any corners. we use real butter, pure vanilla extract, real eggs and fresh dairy products. all our baked goods are made from scratch in-house using natural ingredients and baked daily. it's not only a difference you can taste but it's what sets us apart from other bakeries in the Bay Area, and it's also why we've consistently won numerous awards including Best Cake and Best Dessert. in our cafe, freshness isn't a relative term either. we don't make any salads, sandwiches or pastas until you order it.
