Restaurateur Michael Wiesner, of Paradiso and Boulevard Burger, has re-opened Acapulco Restaurant with a new chef, and a modern take on authentic Mexican cuisine — featuring fresh, locally-sourced, sustainable, organic, hormone-free and house-made ingredients whenever possible.
The new Acapulco hosts a a full bar specializing in tequilas and finely-crafted margaritas.
