Description
We cook our chicken Cajun-style in our kitchen at the back as fast as you can buy them to keep them Krunchy and Krispy on the outside but moist, tender and oozing with Cajun flavored meat on the inside.
We cook less, but we cook often.
We bake our Honey Butter and Blueberry Biscuits as fast as they can be eaten fresh out of the oven, again, moist and melt-in-your-tongue softness in the inside and Scone-like or Cupcake-like tops, which, in the case of our Biscuits are caramelized Honey Butter Topping we meticulously lace them on top once the biscuits are taken out of the oven.
Out last batch of chicken is fried at 6:00PM before we close at 7:00PM. Sometimes, there are still available chicken and biscuits and sides after 7PM, if you get lucky.
But even if there is no chicken left behind, there is always a 5-flavored, touch-screen, interactive ICEE Machine to cool you down and plenty of other choices inside our expanded Convenience Store.
Or, get gas. The Valero Gas Station where Krispy Krunchy Chicken is housed inside its Convenience Store closes at 11PM on weekdays and 10PM on weekends.
We also fill up 5-gal. propane tanks for grilling and 8-gal. propane tanks for fork lifts. Unlike stores that exchange tanks that let you pay full price for a 5-gal. cylinder even if your tank is not empty, we charge by the gallon.
