Industry Coffee Roasters

Co-Founders Ryan and Erin met a long time ago as shift supervisors at a very well-known coffeehouse chain. We both worked all levels there for a decade each, so we had a whoooooole lot of time to learn what NOT to do. After departing CorporationBucks, we both went on to manage other cafes, restaurants, and explore roasting endeavors.

2016 was tough on everyone, and we were fed up with many things...
1. Great coffee was only available in places with trance-trip hop blaring as the barista in overalls stared you down because how dare you not have an overwhelming opinion about two varietals
2. Places that were more comfortable to walk into had terrible coffee.
3. Our respective places were missing opportunities for better quality and higher sales, but our voices were going unheard.

We lost our shit, and started Industry.
