Mischief

Mischief is a locally-owned, family-friendly gift shop and creative hub located in the heart of Oakland’s Laurel District. We’re all about color, creativity, and community! We offer a curated selection of locally made jewelry, paper goods, art, gifts, and more, as well as a variety of creative classes and events.

We are Laura and Julien Shields, a husband-and-wife team, and we are the folks behind Mischief. We are artists ourselves, and live just blocks away from the shop. Our goal is to create a creative hub right here in our own beloved neighborhood!
