A quest for a better burger led founder Desi Montoya to open his own burger joint. Tired of the same old fast food options and disappointed with the "gourmet" burger restaurants, Mark decided to make his own gourmet burger and make it truly gourmet.
After experimenting with a blend of different ground beefs, Desi was finally satisfied with his unique blend of Grass Fed Angus Beef and seasonings to make the best burger ever. But, not to leave out his vegetarian friends, Desi was sure to include several vegetarian options on his menu.
After teaming up with Michael Wiesner in 2009, the two perfected the menu and experienced great success with Boulevard Burger.
